Head Chef Igor Tymchyshyn, previously of Michelin starred Mirabelle, has created a seasonally changing menu, full of the tastes of France, which includes treats such as assiette of foie gras: au vin rouge, escalope, warm royale, pain d'épices and Beef Rossini, sauce Périgourdine.
