Wine list
The wine list is built on classic regions and producers with a selection of outstanding newcomers blended in, it is diverse in its approach to grapes and countries. We focus on wines that are not only enjoyable on their own but they also have to pair with and accentuate the food. From a varied collection of small producer Champagnes to the hand-picked Burgundies and Bordeaux attention is given to choosing the best vintages available that represent value and quality; with our New World wines we look for exciting, well balanced wines that 'tick the boxes' in terms of guest expectations in terms of flavours and quality.
