Igor Tymchyshyn has been announced as chef-patron of its three-AA-rosette, French-style restaurant Orrery in London’s Marylebone. Chef patron Igor will continue to focus on British seasonal ingredients, and source as much local produce as possible for the near-daily changing menu.
