We are thrilled to announce that on Friday 18th October, Chef Patron Igor Tymchyshyn welcomes award-winning Francesco Mazzei, Chef Patron of Italian sites Sartoria, Radici & Fiume into the kitchen for one night only, to create a menu championing truffle.
In celebration of the prized ingredient and all its complexities, the two chefs will be bringing together their French and Italian influences for a six-course dinner.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Moët Champagne on arrival before seated in the dining room to enjoy an exclusive experience combining dishes such as Francesco’s classic Italian dish of Aged Beef Battuta and Igor’s delicately balanced Roasted Cauliflower with celeriac purée, caramelised onions and vegetable crumble topped with shavings of white truffle.
To end the evening, house-made cheese will be available with white truffle, honey and figs, or for those with a sweet tooth, a Honey Pannacotta with truffle and roasted figs.
